Organic certification costs small farms thousands of dollars a year in fees, paperwork, and inspections — costs that get passed on to you. We made a different choice.
Every bulb we grow at Earthwise is raised without pesticides, herbicides, or synthetic inputs of any kind. No chemicals on our soil. No shortcuts. Just garlic grown the way it should be — in the ground, with care, in Coburg, Oregon.
We call it naturally grown. You can call us and ask what we put on our fields. The answer is nothing you'd be uncomfortable with.
